DISASTER RELIEF FOR HAITI –

WHAT CAN WE DO,

IN ADDITION TO PRAYING?

Join together to provide food for a Haitian family.  The SBC Disaster Relief agency is asking church families to assemble a bucket with food supplies to be shipped to families suffering from the recent earthquake.  With your family—be it parents and children, connection classes, small groups, or friends—we challenge you to prepare the bucket and return it to church by Sunday, March 3, 2010, to be shipped with other Missouri buckets directly to the Baptist churches of Haiti.  Directions for contents and packing are available on the display table in the Atrium.  If you would like to contribute individual items or make a contribution for shipping ($10/bucket) that would also be appreciated. 

In addition, monetary donations may be made thru the North American Mission Board, or the International Mission Board—the resources will help provide food, water, medical supplies and emergency relief workers into the area as soon as access to the country is allowed.  DONATIONS MAY BE MADE ONLINE, www.NAMB.net,  BY PHONE, (866) 407-6262,  OR BY MAIL, North American Mission Board, P.O.
